Well, most people are saying that this manga is like Special A, it sure gives that felling on the beginning because of the constant competition between both main characters. Still I don't know why but my felling is a little different, Last game is more lovely than Special A, there are some differences that for me make this more enjoyable (in therms of cute scenes) than Special A.
Last game story is quite straight forward, Boy loves Girl, Girl loves Boy but doesn't know and another Boy shows up to stir thins up a little bit, even so it's quite enjoyable to read, with her dumbness you can expect a lot of funny scenes were the boy is "rejected" and the Girl starts getting some feelings for him too.
I don't wanna spoil anymore for you, just read it you are sure to enjoy it, oh and the Art and Character development it quite good. Overall is a good manga to read, it cannot stand against all those big love mangas but it can make its point.
