The characters are bland and boring. The Art is meh. The sounds and background music don't distract from the show, but they don't help it either. There is no worthwhile story at all. Why would you ever consider watching this show then?
I find foreigners speaking english to be extremely funny. I am a huge fan of watching shows with a good amount of engrish in them. This is the only reason I watch it. Other than a japanese speaker legitimately trying to learn english, there is no other person who would find this anime enjoyable unless they find engrish funny.
