If it was not for the manga, I don't know how I could have survived when the anime ended. The manga was brilliant and it dived into more serious matters. Ouran Koukou Host Club is the one of the must-read mangas. Most of the times the genre of harem annoys me but not this one. The girl character, Haruhi is a very independent role model who is a challenge when it comes to love, which makes it even more interesting. And that because she is smart, mature and not one of those shy and fragile heroines, she is a character that you will never forget. Then there's the boys! They are awesome with the type of character that they portray. You just can't forget those funny moments when Tamaki says something ridiculous or serious, those moments when you have to keep in mind that Kyouya is the one with the black book, Honey giving you cuteness overload and his loyal quiet beast of a cousin Mori and of course the mischievous twins, Hikaru and Kaoru.
