Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Superman Legend was a 2 episode special created in Japan for the sole purpose of promoting a new line of toys . The plot revolves around the turtles finding magical Mutastones which greatly enhance their powers. Naturally, Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady also acquire stones but nonetheless are foiled by the turtles!

Story: If you're a fan of TMNT plot probably isn't the most important thing to you. Its got all the original characters getting into the usual shenanigans.

Art: For a show thats only from 1996 it looks decidedly crappy. It looks identical to the original 1987, which makes sense considering it ran until 1996.

Sound: Te voice acting is so much bad, as it is annoying I found myself screaming at Krang's shrieking voice. The opening and closing titles feature songs that are stupid you can help but laugh, my favorite line is "Excited dancing can defeat the darkness."

Character: It features all the characters from the original series. All four turtles are present featuring Master Splinter. The villians include Krang who is essentially a brain/octopus living in a fat man, Shredder you're standard issue armor-plated ninja, Bebop and Rocksteady a duo composed of a rhino-man, and a pig-man. If you watch this don't expect any character depth.

Enjoyment: This show is so bad that you'll wish it was more than 2 episodes long. From the creepy transformation to turtle-men where the turtles shout "SUPER MUTATOES!", to the awful jokes and idiotic characters there isn't a moment you wont enjoy.

Overall: I can't really put it any other way than to say I came out of my experience thinking "What the shell just happened?"
