Wasted potential.
The visual novel of 11eyes had everything all nicely set up to become a possibly well presented anime from what a few of my Japanese acquaintances have stated with the correct music chosen for scenes to portray the necessary feeling, characters were likeable and the story was superbly written with proper closure each time.
The story commenced with all the premise of being an enjoyable, supernatural themed anime with a bunch of kids introduced (the main cast) who would evidently hold some form of 'power' that would become dominant through the show as their own means of fighting or supporting.
Fear not; this did not stop them from throwing all that potential out the door and following a very silly decision to become worse than most generic anime.
The musical selection was not bad but the voice actors themselves actually made me loathe most of the characters for how they were portrayed.
Overall, I give the anime a rating of:
2/10
The only reason it isn't a lower value is purely due to the fact it got so bad it was hilarious.
