This was a sweet BL that has a similar softness to the other BLs that Blue Lynx has produced. There are a couple of moments that viewers may not enjoy, but I think they are very minor and did not bother me at all.
Story: Quite basic, I haven't read the manga so can't comment on it from that standpoint. It's a generic high school love story, enemies-to-lovers type of thing.
Characters: Sayama's personality as a result of his past is a bit forced, as what happened to him isn't such a big deal that it'd make you antisocial like that. But at the same rate, it's nice to see his character development as he opens up. Saikawa's actions are a bit pushy which may turn off the casual BL viewer, but it's not as bad as early 2000s anime or anything so it didn't personally bother me. I don't mind a little pushiness honestly. Kobayashi is sweet and cute, and her side story progression is nice too. I think all the characters are likable, but not memorable.
Style: The art is quite simple, but nicely drawn with a good colour palette. The music is soft and gentle, and suits the general feel of the anime. Nothing special, but good enough.
Recommendation: I would recommend this as it is cute little love story packed into 23 minutes that grows each character quite well. Make sure to keep watching after the credits for the end story!
