This is the anime version of that person.
It is a show that badly wants to portray itself as having a deep understanding of the complexities of gender and sexuality, but in the same way as those mentioned above, only really cares about doing so performatively as a way to justify it's own biases and views (which can be summed up as "guys should be able to like cute things too... but anything beyond this is gross and wrong").
Tedious at best, and borderline unwatchable when it starts to really lean into it.
