LET'S GET STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. The first few episodes did not draw me in, but I choose to stick with it, and I am honestly glad I did. We should remember not all amines have a great start, but they have a great developing story; in which case, Black clover does.
The story line is 9/10.
The character development is 9/10 and the reason for that is you can genuinely see the development and the struggles and them pushing past their own limits to achieve a greater strength than before.
The animation is a 9/10. I wish I could give it a 10/10 but that is JJK status, and I don't think anything will compare to those fight scene.
If you are looking to watch an anime that has a nice long running, is funny, has great character development, great animation, and has minimum fillers, (it probably has 15 episodes that I would consider to be fillers out of the 170) then I highly recommend giving this anime a try and letting me know what you think about it.
