Describing the movie in Two words: Beautifully ABSTRACT.

Made my heart flutter in the very starting with its Tu Tu ru Rururu ru rururururururuururu.

Animation:
So first coming to the animation, Suzume No Tojimari doesn't cut any corners in that aspect, it's visually extremely pleasing and has one of the best animations I've ever come across. The character's emotions have been very intricately portrayed with each and every detail which is damn amazing.

Plot Review:
If you like fast pace storyline concentrating on the crux of the story, Suzume No Tojimari does that really well. The run time of 2hrs has been used very well to convey a beautiful story. The plot will always keep you hooked on the storyline. The subtle humor relevant to the story and the emotional portrayal of the characters is great. How the past is connected to the present and how this connection brings the story to a complete circle, that's what I found most beautiful about the Movie.

Characters :
Finally coming to the characters, talking about our titular MC Suzume, she's got great and if I may say so pleasant expressions throughout the movie. The way she carries herself and displays her motions is something we all look for in our ideal Anime MCs. She's humane, has been building up thoughts inside her, and gets irritated all these are really pleasing to see. She is a complex character whose character plot has been written really intricately with much thought behind the making of Suzume.

Although a short role but one of the things I loved about Suzume was her Relation with Tamaki, her aunt. They go through their fair share of Ups and Downs and form a great bond overall.

Souta is another MC with complex details but, the plot line doesn't allow him much spotlight throughout the movie. All the understanding you could build about him was from his background m which was done very well. I just hoped a better backstory for Souta could have made his character more relatable and understanding.

Seirezawa was another character that deserves a mention, it's well developed and has more substance to him, I felt a little bit more substance even than Souta.

Daijin is also an adorable and necessary evil and his relationship with Suzume is one of the most interesting things that you'd love as an audience throughout.

Overall characters that appear throughout are very pleasing and blend into the storyline well with great development for every one of them.

Final Thoughts :

The movie puts together a beautiful story and has great animation, making it a true visual spectacle. It will appeal to your emotions and at the same time appease and please you with its serenity beauty and of course its brilliant music. It's a gripping movie that won't disappoint you.

Watch the movie with an open mind the movie has its own way of appealing to the audience therefore it'd be wrong to compare it with any other works of Makoto Shinkai or other anime. It's got a beauty of its own.

It's a must-watch and I recommend it to be watched at the theater for a spectacular visual treat.
