This left me with mixed feelings and I reflected on it.
The protagonist just wanted to be an ordinary maid like any human being to serve her master, but the others do not understand that concept and form it in a mafia and violent war between competing with the others, instead of each one being happy in his side
I would have liked to know more about Nagi than what happened to her in her past before she was picked up to become a maid, because she still has that trauma of using violence and not having learned what a maid should be, it's like she was dead inside.
It's sad that for me the best character in the anime (Ranko) is the one who died but at least the protagonist was able to fulfill both her and Ranko's dreams and that gives me a good taste in my mouth.
In the end, after all, this Anime at first I thought it was only going to be a parody of those who make maid cafe in Japan yakuza version but it turned out to be very dramatic that unexpected plot twist at the end, leaves you with great amazement.
He left me a little lesson that the real world is not the color of roses and the human being is the most dangerous thing that exists, instead of moving forward and overcoming your past/fear, you only go back more and more.
