Well, not really a tournament arc. There is a tournament, but you won't be finding intense battles here. Just our mc using his ability to hypnotize people to obtain 100% totally not forced consent from his enemies.
Art: 9/10
It was animated by Bunnywalker, the ufotable of hentai. Not their best work, but still better than 99% of anything you'll find elsewhere.

Nothing really outstanding about the waifus in this hentai. They're all pretty much just generic fantasy waifus.
