The Characters are great, specially the protaganist and antaganist. The heroine is great and hopefully will remain that way. No harem yet and I pray that does not change as the plot moves forward. What made this story stand out among many other similar ones was that the MC's motivation and drive made sense and I could totally relate to how he felt along the journey, as well as the actions he took. Sure it is not the greatest piece of work out there, even when it comes to the isekai genre but it definitely delivers what it set out to deliver.
If anyone likes fantasy revenge plots, one that is not rushed to make you feel good but paced appropriately to actually make you want to savor the journey and wait in anticipation for the moment of truth; than by all means this is for you.
Plus, I personally think the romance in the story is great.
