So, have I enjoyed "Love Live Superstar!!"? Yes, but from the half of the anime on I haven't had so much like on the beginning. The 3 first episodes, like all the other 3 Love Live's were perfect, they were even better than the otters, I loved the characters personalities, the story's premise, the songs, everything! I was really into it, and was so ansious for each episode.
However, the anime starts to get a little boring because it's only idol, idol, idol and a few slice of life, I missed so much funny, silly or chill moments and, imo, the ones inserteds were short and few. And even the plots and difficulties in the anime were almost all around idols, singing, dancing etc. I think it should have focused more on the friendship (like the episode Aqours third years enrolls), everyday problems (like Honoka triying to lose weight) or other filler episodes (like Yohane and Riko's dog and Kotori maid cafe).
But analyzing the plots insert, I admit that I cried a little on Ren's past and liked so much Sumire background story. They're nice, but I missed the mix of Idols things and others daily things.
What about the character development? In the beginnig I thought it was so assertive to create only 5 characters instead of 9, it would avoid what happens in Nijigasaki and would be better because always there were some girls that were a little forgetful. However, I don't know why, for me the Superstar's character developmente was the same level of Sunshine and SIP, even though there were less girls.
Talking about the songs I don't have so much to tell, they're all good, some a little more remarkable, like Tiny Stars, Mirai Yohou Hallelujah and Nonfiction but I still prefer Aqours and Nijigaku songs, however, Liella do beat u's.
So, would I recommend this anime to someone? Only if he or she liked the other's love live series. In conclusion, the anime was good but It lacks slice of life momments and exceed idols plots. Although, it's worth to watch it. 7/10
