A really good plot that had me anticipating the next weekly episode normally I would wait for season 2 to drop (and that would take a while) but I had to run to the manga because of the very entertaining end. I highly recommend this anime to people who haven't watched it yet. I don't think it's mid and I genuinely enjoyed it but that's just my opinion. I advise people who haven't watched it yet to give it a chance.
One thing I didn't really like about the anime after reading the manga was the way it was animated but that's a different story...
I never lost interest and this is also one of those anime's where it's better not to get too attached to a character except the protagonist and Takemitchy can't fight for shit so that sad (Idk how he survived cause he always took a beating). I also like how you can clearly see the darkness in Mikey's eyes but when his friends and loved ones are beside him there is this little shade of light and that is a good overshadowing of what is about to happen later in the story. I really hope they make a season 2 because there are a lot of scenes from the manga that I hope gets animated (with the kind of attention it gets it probably will).
