What makes this manga special is the artwork. This mangaka knows how to draw. The expressions for the comical situations are OTT & appears in ways you'd normally never see in a Yaoi/Shoujo manga. Then there are the ranges from soft lines & hard strokes that shift nicely.
It's really nice...however, sometimes you also see an awkward 1980s style manga character style drawing that throws you off of the baggy clothing of a "Yankee"-like character.
The characters have no real depth. But do they ever? It's about an otaku who wants to "fit in" and a hot guy who's a "loner/bad boy". Don't expect much.
However, did I enjoy it. I read it in one sitting. So, yeah, I enjoyed it. The characters were cute enough & it was really the artwork that kept me there.
