Lofi After School is probably my favorite series that is built upon a compilation of short stories (which isn't saying much). I think the main problem I have with series like this is the lack of consistent quality throughout. A couple chapters, specifically the longer ones were very engaging and enjoyable. They were beautiful with likeable and well written characters. On the other hand, the shorter chapters typically consist of a bunch of mindless crap that anyone could write without even thinking about it. I think If this manga was only made up of longer chapters that had an equal amount of thought put into them this manga would most likely be an 7 or an 8. Overall its still a decent read since most of the bad parts are much smaller than the good parts but not even close to perfect.
