The second season is no different with 4 minutes of comedy. Is it good comedy, defiantly not. While some episodes do give me a chuckle it is too short, meaning that there really is only one punchline per episode. Mostly always something thing to do with a mistake which causes some ecchi moments.
Animation is pretty unique with some episodes being like a retro video game with the characters drawn in as sprites, and text boxes shown for their dialog. However they over use this, unlike the previous season. I want to see more of the "normal" animation/character design, the over use is getting quite repetitive. The character design is basic but suits their purpose for show.
Overall there is no real reason to watch this unless you read the manga or enjoyed the first season.
