Mal's ranking states that a score of 7, is good and that is what this anime is. Its not great but it is good. I'm not going to tell the good parts of the anime, you can read that in the thousands of other reviews, however I'll tell why this anime is not great.
Firstly, the anime is very similar to Konosuba, with not only the story of a typical isekai but also the jokes and the art style (example is the faces that Ristarte does). I liked konosuba and that type of humour was right up my ally, however the jokes never made me burst out laughing, I chuckled for sure but that was it.
The main reason why this anime was lacking, was definitely the story. There basically was no real plot through the first few episodes, it really only started from episode 10 onwards. And the first episodes doesn't really need a developed plot but it does need to build up something, in order for the episodes that do have some sort of direction to really shine. Without build up it feels like the episodes with the twists and turns are wasted. It has potential in those episodes but nothing was built up, so it fell flat.
Other than these points I would still definitely recommend the watch, I only wrote about the disappointment I felt due to me seeing that the potential this show could have had.
