This story is pretty much character-driven. The poor art is not the only deceiving thing: at the beginning you get the feeling that you're going to read some gag manhwa. What you will soon get, however, is lots (and I mean LOTS) of angst, inner demons and overall sadness.
The main theme of this story is probably defined by the overused phrase "What has science done?" that people's so fond of nowadays. We get to be on the shoes of both samples and the scientists responsible for them. Our main character is the ultimate example of the "sample" side, feeling pretty much out of place from humanity and nature. We accompany her on her painful life's journey as she seeks both a peaceful shelter and her soulmate.
Some characters aren't as polished, but pretty much everyone gets to have at least some screentime to shine. Their ultimate fate in the end burdens the main character even more.
I highly suggest to give this manhwa a chance, especially if you're fond of stories full of despair and an overpowered but flawed heroine, spiced with just a tiny glint of hope.
