Quick disclosure. I like otome anime. When done right, they can tell compelling stories with well-written ships and character development. When done poorly, it can become a complete mess. From experience, I witnessed many kinds of otome anime, including hidden gems that either subverts the genre or execute its best tropes. Unfortunately, Amnesia isn't one of those hidden gems.

Amnesia is ironically a show I could never forget no matter how hard I tried. I was initially hooked by its premise. An amnesiac girl getting transported to one dimension after another with no idea of who she is and why this is happening to her. Each dimension had her be the girlfriend of one of the members of her harem--each young man possesses an archetype and backstory (I guess this is how they attempted to recapture the shipping scenes). I was initially fascinated by the mystery the show brought. There was a pattern in each dimension, along with elements that remain consistent. The dimension hopping was just a means to see the many sides of the male characters as the heroine tried to figure out what's going on. Unfortunately, the execution and writing were weak at best.

The first warning was the fact that the heroine was nameless. I initially shrugged it off as a result to her memory loss. However, it broke my suspension of disbelief as her boyfriend in each dimension didn't even bring up her name when they were supposed to know her for a long time. "Hey!" "You!" That's often how they address her. My problem with this was that names--especially in stories is a crucial part in representing who a person is from their personality to their background.

The heroine's lack of a name led to the second problem: her lack of personality. Plain protagonists are not surprising in otome anime, but it's another thing to not give them a personality at all. Just because she doesn't know who she is, it doesn't make it okay for her to become a passive doormat. She mostly let bad things happen to her with barely much of a fight. She was trapped in a cage by one of the members of her harem. She was so careless to let herself be almost killed more than once by another guy. She rarely takes initiative. Speaking of her harem, they were typical and nothing special.

The story's pacing made the mystery less compelling as it goes on, and when it's answered it didn't make the show any better. I guess letting the heroine's true dimension be ambiguous in the end helped a bit, then again she had little to no personality so I could care less.

The art and music were okay, the latter was forgettable. The character designs were nice, but nothing noteworthy for an otome anime. The OP was pretty good though.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this show. It's otome anime at its hallow state. Just because it's a reverse harem, it doesn't make poor writing okay.
