The story is boring. Good vs evil, whatever. Why is there a religious organization? Because it's cool. Why don't the audience react weirdly when they experience supernatural phenomenon? Who knows.... it's never explained. The Art is pretty good. The characters....... some are cool, most are just uninteresting.
The only redeeming quality of this entire series is the awesome relationship that the protagonist has with his grandfather and the underlying philosophy of "Do what you want". A slice of Life manga with just the two of these characters and this philosophy would be amazing, but instead we're stuck with this mediocre graveyard. I read this far because I hoped to see this philosophy show itself more, but alas it did not.
