Myself; Yourself was released over a decade ago, but it depicts some issues still - unfortunately - recurring nowadays. It's an anime with sweet and funny moments, although it is mostly about friendship, coming of age, depression, GAD and PTSD disorders. It can certainly get very dark sometimes, so trigger warning. Although I enjoyed how they displayed the mental illnesses, with some character developing a lot more than I expected (at first I figured it would be mostly about Sana and Nanaka), it still felt a little "vague"? I wish other characters would've been more exploited, and that would require more episodes. The ending felt rushed. The show lagged a bit, and then ended too sudden, which is the main reason why this is a 3,5/5 anime for me.
