Kuzu no Honkai is pretty good but nothing that'll really blow your socks off. It's the kind of show to watch when you're tired of feel good romance anime and want some of that more realistic shit. Pretty much everyone sucks in one way or another in the series, some more then others; while this can come off as infuriating, I really like this. It's a much more real vibe then 95% of romance anime so if that's what you're looking for, you'll love it. however, because of this, I feel like anyone coming to watch this for escapism reasons won't enjoy it. Some of the lewder scenes may make people uncomfortable too but I'm not sure if that's a pro or a con.
One thing that definitely is a pro though is the art. Kuzu no Honkai takes takes the art just the extra step further then what most anime are willing to do ad it shows. Frequently, it'll cut to shots that look like they could be manga covers and they're integrated well enough that this isn't jarring to the viewer. Not only that but some shots are sort of like manga panels in the way they overlay and I think this is a nice tough.
Kuzu no Honkai is a rough, grim and lewd romance. It's refreshingly realistic but at the end of the day the story isn't much different then most romance so, 7/10.
