I can't believe Kishimoto actually green lit this movie and called it 'canon'... even though it's bad even by filler standards. It's got so many asspulls and plotholes, like Naruto being able to use the Kagebunshin Jutsu when he was like 5 years old, Hinata fucking sitting on her ass knitting when her sister was kidnapped, Naruto falling in a GENJUTSU when it's confirmed that Jinchuriki CANNOT get caught it one!
They literally had to make him defy the rules the series had built upon to get him to acknowledge her existence.
And apparently Naruto can't differentiate between love for a person and love for food... What the fuck? Last I checked, HE was the one who told Zabuza Haku's love for him as his father figure. He was the one who understood what pain Sasuke went through after losing his family! He was the one who could tell Sakura was lying to herself when she said she didn't love Sasuke anymore! He understood the importance of love because he never had anyone to love him!
Studio Filler made him look like a dumbass because they somehow needed to justify Naruto completely ignoring Hinata's love confession, lmao.
There's also the fact that they used Sasuke's appearence in the trailer to get fans exited while he gets like, 1 minute of screentime in this already awful movie, this was huge disappointment; and if that wasn't enough, this movie was basically a romance for a never-would-happen-couple except for that one fight scene with Toneri.
Just remember the fact that Boruto Uzumaki exists because of this movie.
