I love this manga. First of all, this review will be treating it like a gag manga because it is a gag manga. If compared to other manga titles, it would probably be considered lower to some extent, but for gag manga it is perfection. If you don't like gag manga, don't read it. If you do, here's why you should.

First talking about the story. It's simple. The boy who looks like a statue from the renaissance wants to date the girl he likes. We see them being friends and the friend group interacting with each other throughout the series. It really only becomes plot-driven near the end of the series, probably to wrap things up. It's all written really well though. All the comedy is really absurd and character-based, which we will get to soon, so it's often really great.

The art is absolutely gorgeous. The thing with this manga is that it will for the gags have these panels or poses meant to imitate famous pieces of art. The series will also have these great art style changes which go to show just how good of an artist Yuushin Kuroki is. I didn't even mention the great ecchi scenes of the female cast which are really solid.

The characters are really fun. David's overactive brain leading to misunderstandings makes his comedy really relatable to teens as the main message of this series is how confusing growing up can be sometimes. The rest of the cast is equally colorful and fun working off of each other makes you want to read more about them.

Most reviewers like to say that enjoyment isn't a factor. Those people are idiots because it is the greatest factor of them all. It's at least the most important for gag manga. The comedy here is over the top and absurd. It's always insane and fun. What more do you want?

Overall, the artwork would be enough to have anybody read this since it's great looking but to add on to the positives, the characters are fun and it's hilarious. 10/10
