The special's animation quality is only a little bit better average, but enjoyable. Honestly, I'm one of those people who doesn't care too much about the animation if the story and characters are interesting. In the specials, it is good enough to not be a bother to anything else.
The characters are still funny as hell. It is like a Konosuba cast, you can put them in any situation and it will still be entertaining.
The sound is kind of basic stuff, nothing to say here.
The specials are a mix of short stories that are great to turn your mind off a bit and laugh.
If you want more animated One Punch Man, here it is. It's entertaining and it's funny, that's all I care about.
