*SPOILERS*
If you're expecting to watch a controversial, age gap relationship come to life on screen, then this anime will surprise you, like it did me. Rather than being about a forbidden love, it was about platonic relationships, and the way that those close to you can inspire you to accomplish your goals and fulfil your dreams.

I must say, I wasn't a huge fan of Akira's personality, but I enjoyed her scenes with other characters, as she always seemed much happier, rather than coming across a little cold. Her scenes with Kondo were interesting at first, as it was exciting to see where their relationship was going, especially after she confessed to him. I loved her scenes with Yuuto too. She always seemed to have a friendlier demeanour around him than usual.

Story: It wasn't too eventful, but it was lovely to watch at times.

Art: I absolutely love the art style. It gives me similar feels to what I get when I watch Kimi No Na Wa. The anime wouldn't be anywhere near as captivating and intriguing if it wasn't for the wonderful art.

Sound: Again, really good attention to detail here. One example of this is Kondo being on the phone to his friend, who was waiting for him outside his apartment. You know when you're on the phone to someone, and it sounds echoey when you get closer to each other? The anime replicated the exact same sound, it was a really great touch.

Character: Not much to say here in terms of character development, but it was nice to learn more about Kondo's background.

Overall, this anime didn't blow me away, but it was lovely to watch. The art style is beautiful, and perhaps this anime will reignite your interest for an old hobby of yours.
