To start off they did a good job with the first couple of episodes dedicated to one of the popular side characters. I personally thought these episodes were good but needed to be omitted or put into an ova as the rest of the season is extremely rushed to make up for spending 3 episodes on a side character whose back story overall added nothing to the plot and in the end damaged the development of main characters and other side characters.
Just to put it into perspective they spent 3 episodes on side character backstory that added nothing to plot. But decided that it would make sense to give the main characters backstory only half an episode.
Everything else though is as amazing as the season before so-
Art: 10
Sound: 10
Character: 10
Story: 6 to 7 at best
Enjoyment: 8
So overall: 7
I'm still going to give it a strong 7 because of the charm of all of the characters and how interesting the overall plot is. Just know that this season is the worst of them because Bones said "forget all the other characters we need to give this popular money making side character more screen time" because money I guess.
