Building on the foundation laid by its ancestor, Mob Physcho II continued to surpass all expectations and take Mob's story world into another whole new perspective.

" People needs other people. " - Mob

One significant component to highlight is the interaction of characters, which has its emphasis by Mob. Mob grew up a lot from a lonely and obedient middle schooler to learning to expressing his own opinions and applying his power based on his judgement, rather than emotions. He learnt more and more about the care and receive more and more help by those who are around him. They trusted him, and he chose to trust them back.

This precious interaction is what makes one grows up, and the story managed to keep the pace so that it extended nicely to the development of characters for not just him, but Arata as well. Arata is the con artist that has been portrayed as a slick who can talk his way out of any situation. He can see through every single evil schemes and deflect them but one thing he didn't realise is that one action he did out of his own interest back then has inspired and taken a boy this far in his life because when all is said and done - he's a genuinely nice guy.

Of course, side characters have their fair share of spotlight and managed to shine through their characteristics. We've got Captain of Body Improvement Club that is a strong person, and a stronger friend. He is like a typical casual leader but would go to a very deep extent just to protect one of his friends in danger. OP antagonist that rejects the ideal of having bonds to be strong. And Onigawara, the rebellious boy that shows up from time to time, forcing his help onto Mob.

These are the interaction that we can resonate with, and they often lead to emotional moments just because we really care about the characters.

The art on the other hand is handled by Bones Studio inspired by ONE. A duo that once shook the world of anime heroes by introducing One Punch Man. The fight scenes that could lead to epilepsy, the rich facial expressions of anger and shockness, the colour tone of the background and the harmonic blend of serious and comedic tone. They are the specialties of attraction, and now, they are all in one.

Overall, Mob Psycho retains the quirks of characters, layering it with character development, detailing it with deep characters insights and adding a few drops of emotions and comedy, presenting a beautiful masterpiece.
