Initially I was skeptical to watch this show as I'm not a big fan of psychological horror (besides Death Note which I watched growing up, but I remember having nightmares about it, I was 5 or so don't judge me.)
This is LITERALLY the only anime that I've ever completed alongside the manga (of 133 chapters) in two days. YES. TWO FUCKING DAYS! I read it during school, in class, after class and even when I got home instead of doing my homework - which I ended up completing on the train to school and in all my other classes (doing it before the next lesson started) I've never felt so refreshed and excited before for to read the next chapter!
The story is amazing, (SO MANY DAMN PLOTTWISTS IF YOU READ THE MANGA!)
The art style is beautiful and a lot more confronting than the manga, which I loved. Adding to its suspense.
The music was really well done too
The character and development was decent (I would've given it an 8 to be completely honest for this anime, 10 for the manga but I wanted to post a 10/10 review!)
