well the anime adaptation is on air so due to the fact that i'm a bit persistent, i've decided to read the manga so here's what i got.
i don't think i have a strong obsession with a manga that has this genre before. well if you look at it in general, it's just your typical romance / drama manga. i dont blame you to think like that bcs theres alot manga that has similar vibes but since it's my first, i got really obsessed with it.
this manga realy draws you in as you progress deeper and deeper into the story. for me, the author really knows what she's doing.it's like when you read the first 10 chapter, you suddenly stuck in a quicksand that you just seem can't get out. while the story is mainly about romace, i like all the twist that it has. cleary if you read it, not only romance that you got, you also got to taste REALITY. sometimes romance manga really warms your heart with all of their lovey dovey moments, but not quite like this manga. well it does have those lovey dovey moments but just when you have that heartwarming moment, suddenly a truck came to crash. you got all of those drama that were tagged. i admit it, it's kinda frustrating to watch that cute moment where you just smiling bcs the mc's is cute and all suddenly there's plot twist that just ruin your mood. dont get me wrong, i dont think that it's bad but its makes you really angry ya know... and that is the key point of the manga.
i can guarentee ya ! this manga does not give you room to breathe. just when you think a problem is solved, comes more problem that you need to solve and more and more and more. thats what makes this manga so lively. it never gets boring. it tells you how the mc got through all of this madness.
i can say this, the character development is insane. it feels like the manga draws you in and experience it yourself! you got to see all of the hard work that the mc has put and at the end, you feel like smiling by yourself bcs you know what the mc has gone through. and with that i can guarentee you, you will love this manga !.
well that is all the good stuff about the story, for the art, i guess its your typical manga. nothing special though but i must say this. RUI IS SUCH A CUTIE. i just feel like i fell in love with the main character (rui tachibana). oh got i wish i was in an isekai with cute girls all over me.
