It took me a week to gather my thoughts after watching this anime because it was easily the worst thing I've ever watched. I've seen hentai better than this anime. I watched it because it's recommended on a lot of horror anime lists - and let it be known that I will never listen to anyone who recommends this drivel again. Now onto the review.

Story - It's a semi interesting plot, I guess? By that I mean it had potential. Mutated species that look like humans but have cat ears - oh sorry, that have horns. And while the plot and themes like oppression and discrimination is there - it's done so poorly that it might as well not exists. They want to kill the species, they want the species to take over, species bad, species good. It's all over the place. But it's hard to fully assess why the plot is so awful without bringing up the characters.

The characters are for the most part unbearable. Lucy is either a maniac serial killer or walking fan service who only says one thing and acts like a child. Haha...girl who acts like a toddler occasionally pulls her titty out and gropes people, how charming. The male mc wants to have sex with his cousin, his cousin also wants to have sex but is jealous of the adult toddler living with them. There is a little girl who was raped and abused and this has absolutely zero purpose in the story and is just there to be edgy. Another mutated human that's bearable but seems to be the torture porn of the series - I could go on, but I'd rather not. In short - the plot doesn't work, because the characters don't work. Out of the entire cast, only two aren't completely obnoxious - and only one of those two has significant plot relevance. Also you can't make a narrative about oppression and discrimination when you're main target of those themes is literally a serial murderer with no redeeming qualities.

Art - generic

Sound - Pretty sure they only paid for the rights to one song, because I could make a decent drinking game with how many times lilium was played.

Enjoyment - It was like watching a train wreck in slow motion and the train is already on fire. It's clear that this anime is made for edgy teenage boys. The whole thing was about as deep as a puddle.
