Part 5 exemplifies everything Good about Lupin and Gang and intertwines our modern society(even if parodied partially) into the World of Monkey Punch.
After Part 4's less than favorable story and inclusion of less than interesting new characters...The stage was set for IMPROVEMENT and TMS showed they were up to the task.
Without talking about the genius structure of the show, I can contently say that any Lupin fan will enjoy the show.
