With high-quality art and professionalism in music and presentation, this character-driven dark tale takes place in the nights of the hospital ward, where an insane doctor is trying to bend a nurse into extreme acts of sex and degradation. However well-directed and effective, the large amount of scat including diarrhea and coprophagia kills the enjoyment for this reviewer. Still watchable thanks to the very sexy Ren, featured in top notch Murakami fellatio scenes, and the captivating plot.

(Nanase Ren, Kazama Mana and Yagami Yuu should be viewed as one series in my opinion, but MAL doesn’t always agree with me. They are based on the same eroge series, they share similar opening displays, have the same opening song AND ending song, and are presented as a regular threepart hentai OVA, with a coherent style throughout. They are clearly one single anime, and because of this I would like to review these entries as one. I am working on that and will hopefully edit this review in the future to adress it.)
