A Japanese guy about to start university is summoned to another world through a hero spell except this time, instead of being a warrior, he becomes the king and shows his talents as an administrator. There are a few similar titles like this, but the simplest comparison is the episode in No Game No Life when Sora and Shiro take care of all the Kingdom's problems by rotating crops, cleaning up government, etc.
Like a lot of other Isekai stories that don't solely focus on battle, the MC knows an absurd amount of very convenient things (like how to manage a forest properly, the recipe for concrete, or how to audit expense records), and also possesses an insane amount of leadership skill and political competence. That said, it's still entertaining.
If you've ever daydreamed about going back in time and how you would use your contemporary knowledge to gain power and reform the past, then this manga will probably interest you.
Oh, and the women have sinfully large boobs. I'm not talking about bowling balls or melons here, I'm talking about pumpkins, plural. I can't tell if it's horrifying or amazing.
