Okay, Where do I start?
For Story I'll give it an 8 due to the fact that it mashes together the seriousness and reality of the military yet giving it it's own unique Vibe. Other than that, the story of Kingdom Politics and the waning powers of Empires speaks volumes about The History of Some European Countries (*Cough *Cough Holy Roman Empire *Cough *Cough) and when faced with Modernization it rejects it and stays true to it's tradition, which albeit is a good thing, Some Modernization is always Required. And when an enemy which is much more advance than them comes and manages to smash their armies in battle after battle. They still continue to fight on, which is quite admirable sometimes, but this is just an unnecessary slaughter. Now, We have the main story of the MC which is interlocks stories with an Elf, Priestess, and a Human Mage, as well as the CIA and many other Secret organizations.
For Art It's an 8, Not much could be said really.
Soundtrack is quite good so it's a 9
Characters are very good and unique though it could do a bit more development and polishing.
Enjoyment is a matter of Opinion really, For it I'll give it 10. I enjoyed the Mainly funny moments it gives and also the seriousness that is secretly going behind those funny moments.
Overall, I would say that it's a 9
