Story: 5/10
Hanabi goes back to her hometown to go to her new highschool, but she ends up in a appartement with different kinds of people she has to deal with. You think for a anime that I can explain in two sentences it is easy to follow, but except for the first episode it is not. There are like ten different scenes in the timespan of 3 minutes and every scene comes and goes in a blink of a eye. The only thing I can compliment this story on is that it tries to have a story, unlike some other 3 minutes series *LOOKING AT YOU ALICE OR ALICE!*

Eh, it is cute. It mostly uses chibi characters and if they want to go crazy normal ones. Nothing to comment on.
Sound: 6/10
The sound is... okay? It is nothing to write home about, except for the bizzare ED. Is this a cute anime about highschool girls or a fucking metal concert?
Characters: 6/10
They are al so forgettable, but they do their job. You have Hanabi the MC who is caring, Konomi the little sister character, .... duh.... I am sorry, but MAL doesn't have pictures in the character part so it is hard for me to identify who is who. You know what forget it, the point is that the characters are average.
Enjoyment: 5/10
I was confused and bored at the same. The fanservice is nice though. 6/10 wouldn't fap again.
Overall: 6/10
For a 3 minutes series, it is okay. It is nothing special and it is not worth your time, unless you like to be bored and confused (which admittendly is something unique to this anime).
