A far cry from season 1. Season 2 of Overlord takes several steps back in terms of production quality. Virtually every episode follows the same crummy format.
1.Character does something wrong or reacts to something being done wrong.
2.Character has long winded dialogue to another character as they exchange exposition as unnaturally as possible for 15 minutes.
3.Action scene, but since all the main characters are op, and the directors know there is no tensity to the fighting. We are instead treated to watching random cliche characters nobody cares about, fight.
4.???
Episode ends. I don't think anyone was trying when they made this. What a joke.
