Thus, this review and rating are only written with those people in mind:
This show has a lot of characterization from some famous Type-Moon series. Generally I was laughing and sometimes crying at the level of comedy and "inside jokes" this series brought. While it rewards those who have watched the later released "Fate/Zero" and "Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works," it's much more focused on comedy based upon the VN. It also made me add the additional anime it's referencing to my watch list. This is just a good and decent series for already existing fans, and did a great job in expressing tropes, jokes, and nuances expressed in the main series form the same characters.
