I found the story to be really good but pretty confusing. I'd have to think about what was happening after I finished watching the episode. The story is slightly different from the manga and light novel.
The art was okay. I like the character design but I wish the art were a bit better. The face was something that "annoyed" me but I can't say why.....
The music for this series is one of my favorites and it gets stuck in my head for days. The sound effects are pretty good too.
I feel like every character has a background story and I really liked it like that. Their character art was pretty good too.
Overall I'd give this a 7. If you decide to watch Mekakucity Actors and really like it, they're going to have a new series called Mekakucity Reload.
