I enjoy this. I find that the characters in this tend to be funny and interesting.
I find that the pair up of Arge ( MC ) and Felnote ( Companion ) to be interesting and fun. For the entire i'v just been wanting them to get together. Gonna be reviewing the characters i find that deserve it the most
Felnote : Is my favorite. I just like her Personality and her character design. I like that the story had her blind at the start. it honestly is nice and adds however much to her character. I wish they would have done more with this. Such as instead of her Eyesight coming back instantly, Have it come slowly over a couple chapters. I think they could've done more with this. Only issue with her is that we get a shit ton of chapters without her having any time. I'm talking in the terms over 50 or 40 chapters.
Arge: She is different from the Manga imo. Her personality leaves me kind of disappointed. In the manga she's more carefree and doesn't really care to much and the way she reacts to the world around her is great. In the novel she is a lot less carefree and seems a lot more conscious of the world around her.
Zeno : I don't really like. He isn't interesting and is just there in the corner always around but never contributing to the story. I feel like a simple change of instead of Zeno being a boy have him be a Girl from the start. Sure the character may not be that interesting still. But it help with my idea of Arge having a group of girls with her going on adventures.
Kuhzine ( However you spell it ) : She's not bad but i find the story focuses on her to much at times. I like that the story kept her after her dark back story. But i feel that the amount we get of her is too much. There are times when we get more of her talking then even Arge the MC
We get times that the story turns overly dark. It's so weird and doesn't fit at all. Such as the previously mentioned Kuhzine ( Again however you spell her name ) This also seems to be a detour from the manga version. In the Manga we have a comedy feel all through out and in the Light Novel we have a Comedy Feel but with random seriousness added to it.
Then we get some plot lines that have lots of potential and they end it with me feeling down.
Example being the arc where the group go into the worlds bank. It turns out that Arge might be connected to the person who made the worlds economy and someone that is really powerful. She might even be the person herself. But it ends with the story saying that the chick might be dead. While not saying that she is dead. I feel it's a bit just annoying that this story arc is ended with what feels like lots left to do with it.
Overall i feel that the Novel was a bit of a disappointment compared to the manga. But that doesn't change from the fact that it's still interesting. Hell, The Novel actually has a backstory for Arge and we get to experience what his past life was like. We might even get someone from his past life in the new world. Might get it latter on in the Manga but for now this is what we got.
