The entire story is a brainfart thrown together as an excuse to show off breasts, the very idea of "powering up by fondling body parts" is dumb enough on its own but many other similar dumb concepts in various animes at least made serious effort to incorporate it into the story in an interesting or amusing way. This garbage didn't even try. Frankly almost every character, event and conversation is so dumb and forced it's a pure cringe festival so for the more mentally well shaped viewer I recommend not watching this in a million years, it's not even the type of awful you can laugh at.
The only things I'm willing to give decent points for are the art and sound, the animation in itself is so inconsistently bobbing between terrible and good I can't even rate it but the still images tend to be on the good side. As far as sound goes the voice acting and effects suit everything quite fine, I never rate intro and outro music though and in this case that's fortunate because it would drag things down.
