Having a story based around NTR(Netorare) would be difficult to pull off well and it doesn't do the anime any favors when the duration of the show is too short to allow for any kind of significant development. On the other hand, if the show wasn't as short as it was, I don't know if I would have been able to complete it.
I thought the art style and direction was nice and it was one of the good points of the anime. With regards to the characters, with the exception of Takeda, all of the cast is unlikable. Even if I think that it may have been intentionally done that way, it's not much of a saving grace for the show.
My recommendation would be to stay clear away from Netsuzou TRap.
