Sometimes, the camera zooms in on the character's face, but that's about it. Nothing really changes.
The narrator does all the voices. So Pikotarou does himself and either one or two other characters on screen. His range is limited. Even though we can leave this to humour.
Is it funny or enjoyable? To be honest I would not recommend it to anyone. It looks like each episode was made by a 12 year old with Microsoft Paint. Overall, 2/10.
