The artwork was above average but the rest of the anime is just plain meh.
I'm not sure where "revenge" comes into the story at all. After 12 full episodes the main character is basically where he started.
No plot progression, bad side story lines, a story line that just DRAGS the life out of you and leaves you feeling agitated.
I'm giving it a 5 due to art and sound but remove them and it's a 4. I save my 3's or less for anime I can't finish watching and I was able to finish watching this one... barely.
That's all the review that this anime deserves.
