Story
Was general war story that used animals instead of people. Although it was quite confusing. Two things worth noting:Flag censorship and ending.
1. Flag censorship. It doesn't appear to be just the attacking invaders but the other side as well that has their flag censored. Not only that but the censorship is sloppy. With the invading planes(the original attackers) only the starter planes are censored while the others remain untouched. I take it the flags with the white star is supposed to be America? It is not just the alleged American side the other side as well has their flag censored. I take from what i could see the frogs were japan. Which would make sense with the origin of creation and history.
2. The ending. I get one side attacked the other but was it or was it not a dream? Also, what were the frogs riding on as the waves of water rushed on by. Was it an arm of a squid?
Art
-black and white production
-characters are clear
-There is a fair amount of repetitive use in animation. In other words if there was a focus on a rabbit for example you will see that same rabbit focus again later on in the film.
Sound- can't comment/silent
Character- confusing/ can't comment to be fair
Enjoyment
Best to admire the art not the actual plot.
