The beginning being a continuation of the movie, was by far(for me) the best part of the show.(although I am not a great fan of the movie)
Here we get a deep insight into Yuji's charecter, both providing a background for the first season and letting viewers develop an appreciation for what made Kazami Yuji.
At the beginning of the review I did say that the last few episodes were disappointing, perhaps this is not entiarly true. The finale was, in a very proper usage of the word, EPIC.
The amazing story of the majority of the show + the spectacular finale( which I'd be happy to use as an example of badassery) most definitely make up for the shows shortcomings.
POINT IS : it's worth a watch
