I consider romance anime romantic if they are focused on romance. However this anime has the exact story set up as Maoyuu Maou Yuusha.
Don't get me wrong, the story is good....its just that it's really boring an lengthy. I have watched the complete series twice, so I say that I have a pretty good knowledge about the anime as a whole.
As seen, the anime is NOT focused on romance, if you have a liking towards marketing, then this is a perfect anime for you! But the anime is mainly focused on the "marketing" with very few romantic moments. I would consider this anime as adventure, because they travel to a lot of places to trade.
This anime is so frustrating because it holds so much potential, because the story is good. If the creators added more romantic moments, then I would consider this as a romance anime. However...the anime is really boring, it's literally trade, marketing, gets in trouble, trade, some romance, trade, trade,trade, trade,trade, trade.....etc. The worst thing is that the trade usually has an insane amount of dialogue so there are literally 4 episodes in a row where it's just talking......But hey don't let me stop you! This anime has a high score so it must be entertaining to watch for most people!
