For the Sake of Sita's Sita is partly based on the Sita who is the central female character of the Hindu epic Ramayana. I can't say anything about the accuracy of the portrayal of the Sita in this manhwa, it would be best to keep in mind that this is not a super accurate portrayal and that they are quite different in their portrayals.
Simply put, this is a love story. Not a grand one spanning centuries or decades but a rather simple one. The story moves fast and not a single panel seemed to be wasted. The romance is not the kind that is just said, there are plenty of actions that both leads take to show each other their love.
The characters may seem shallow at first but eventually we get to see more of what is in their thoughts. In particular, one character who may seem perfect will eventually become more human.
It's a cheesy love story but it's a rather decent one. That being said prepare tissues if you get attached to stories too easily. You won't be getting out with your eyes dry.
