This single chapter saga is truly unique and one can only begin to attempt to fathom what the author was trying to tell the audience.
Many forums have come up with many different theories (often causing much conflict) but the core fanbase has seemingly analyzed the plot and deconstructed it far better than my simple mind ever could. A quick google search of the series name with your filter off should lead you there.
The plot revolves around "the girl" (very artistic that she is never named) and her beloved dog Peti and their eternal bond in the face of a daunting quest. Of course adventure and hi-jinks are abound, all within 16 pages.
I won't go into detail as I don't want to spoil it. But this manga must be seen to be believed.
